Welcome to NinjaBooked! By signing up and using our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our platform.


1. Intellectual Property Protection

1.1 Ownership of Workflows and Automations

All workflows, automations, AI chatbots, voice bots, campaigns, and related assets (collectively, “Proprietary Content”) are and shall remain the sole property of NinjaBooked.

Your subscription grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Proprietary Content solely within the NinjaBooked platform for your business purposes.

1.2 Prohibited Actions

You agree that you shall not:

Export, download, copy, reproduce, or transfer any workflows, automations, or Proprietary Content.

Reverse-engineer, duplicate, or create derivative works based on the Proprietary Content.

Use any Proprietary Content outside of the NinjaBooked platform or share it with third parties for any competitive or commercial purpose.

1.3 Breach of Terms

Any breach of these intellectual property terms may result in immediate termination of your account and legal action for damages. NinjaBooked reserves the right to enforce these rights to the fullest extent permitted by law.


2. Subscription and Refund Policy

2.1 Subscription Purchases

All purchases of NinjaBooked services, including monthly or annual subscriptions, are final. You are responsible for all charges associated with your account, including applicable taxes and processing fees.

2.2 Refund Policy

Refunds are available only within 30 days of signing up. After 30 days, all payments are non-refundable — including those due to dissatisfaction, business changes, or inactivity.

2.3 Cancellation Procedure

To cancel your subscription, submit written notice via our official cancellation form or email support within the first 30 days. Upon cancellation, all access to NinjaBooked’s platform and tools will terminate immediately.


3. User Responsibilities

3.1 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify NinjaBooked immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

3.2 Compliance with Laws

You agree to use the NinjaBooked platform in compliance with all applicable laws. Any attempt to manipulate, disrupt, or misuse the platform is strictly prohibited.


4. Limitation of Liability

NinjaBooked shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our platform.

Our maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the preceding three (3) months.


5. Modifications to Terms

NinjaBooked reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Updated terms will be posted on our website, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.


6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles. All disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located within Delaware County.
